2. Content Responsibility
The user is responsible for reviewing generated scripts, narration, media, captions, attributions, and final videos before publication or distribution.
3. Third-Party Services
AI providers, stock-media services, publishing platforms, and other integrations are independent services. Their availability, accuracy, licensing conditions, limits, and pricing remain subject to their own policies.
4. Media and Licensing
Users must verify that selected media, generated assets, music, images, footage, and other materials are suitable and properly licensed for the intended use.
5. AI-Generated Output
Artificial-intelligence output may contain mistakes, incomplete information, or unsuitable material. Human review is required before relying on or publishing generated output.
6. System Availability
Video production depends on server resources, GPU availability, storage, local services, external APIs, and network connectivity. Continuous or uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
7. Security and Backups
The deployment owner is responsible for server security, credential management, access controls, backups, recovery testing, software updates, and infrastructure availability.
8. Changes
Application functionality and these terms may be updated as the system, integrations, or deployment requirements change.
